He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Phillips and Marjorie Phillips (Ellis); and his grandchildren, Mason and Angel Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Phillips (Barr); his sons, David Phillips (Crystal) of Morristown, Matthew Lee (Amber) of New Concord, Aaron Lee (Nicole) of Norwich, Robert A. Lee of New Concord and Nathan J. Lee (Savannah) of Warsaw; his siblings, Sue Hoobler of Cadiz and Mark Phillips (Carla) of St; and his grandchildren, Carson, Gage, Wyatt, Brandon, Oliver and Payton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
