She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Baughman and Alta Baughman of Hanover; her husband Vincent Blackstone; her daughter Judith Ann Reed; her siblings, Paul Daniel Baughman, Helen and Hazel; and her friends, Clarence and Helen Boyd.
She is survived by: her sons, David Blackstone (Carole) of New Concord, Jim Blackstone (Barbara) of Rockwall, TX and Mark Blackstone (Julie) of New Concord; her grandchildren, Michele Corder (Randy), Jennie Bordenkircher (Chris), Jocie McGlothin (Wade), Keri Reed (John), Mike Blackstone (Mindy), Jason Blackstone (Luix) and Phillip Blackstone (Stacy); her great grandchildren, Shelby, Carin, Scarlett and Lila; her stepgreat-granddaughters, Brittany, Raelisa and Lynsie; her great grandchildren, Ethan McGlothin (Brittany) and Mason Blackstone; her great great grandchild Hadley; and her brother-in-law Richard Blackstone of Orgonia, OH..
