He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Allen and Norma Allen (Nunley); his father-in-law Robert L. Hardy; and his uncle Lawrence Allen. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Allen (Hardy); his children, Kelley Rutherford (Darren), Stacey Labaki (Tom), Shannon Moore (Eric), Ryan Russi (Theresa) and Robb Russi (Susan); his grandchildren, Jordan Dunnington (Megan), Makenzie Dunnington (Nate Zinser), Ashley Labaki, Haven Labaki (Joel Marchionna), Hudson Moore, Brie Russi, Baye Russi (Jake Rogers), Jettsyn Russi, Dominic Meznarich, Audreena Russi, Saydee Russi, Diesel Allen Goodrich-Rutherford, Mason Allen Rutherford and Everlee Rose Mary Rutherford; his great grandchildren, Bentley Reed, James Ray Dunnington, Tyler Michael Dunnington, Sailor Catherine Lynn Zinser, Trulee Dawn Hreha and Bexlee Summer Hreha; his siblings, Connie Hardcastle (Allen) and Daniel Allen (Donna); his mother-in-law Mary Lou Hardy; his sisters-in-law, Robin Hood and Karen Ross (Mike); his nephews, Tyler and Hayden Hardcastle; and his pets, Rylee, Deke and Daisy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
