He was predeceased by: his parents, P. Edgar LePage and Edna LePage (Robinson); his wife Betty Lou (Swingle); his son Brian Kenneth LePage; his siblings, Miles LePage and G. Constance Seene; and his nephew Larry LePage.
He is survived by: his children, Kendra Sue Carnegie (Ron) and Ryan LePage (Heather); his grandchildren, Leah Paige Carnegie, Brett S. Carnegie and Lauren Chandler (Nate); his great grandchild Mason; his stepchildren, Rodney, Bryan, James and Connie; and his nieces and nephews, Lillian, Jane, Bill, Charlie, Marge and Becky. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the New Concord United Methodist Church at 20 East High Street, New Concord, OH 43762.
