She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Arthur Humphries and Mable Ellen Gardwood; her husband Harold "Dick" Smith; her sons, David Smith and Chuck Smith; her grandson Landon Smith; her sister June Margaret Blackwood; and her brothers-in-law, Robert "Bob" Ferdiando and Jack Blackwood.

She is survived by: her children, Richard "Dick" Smith (Vickie), Jeffrey Smith (Traci), Kenny Smith (Vicki) and Claire Marrian (Antony) of Cambridge, England; her sister Judith "Judy" Ann Ferdiando; her grandchildren, Brandon Smith (Ashley), Dillon Smith, Bryce Smith, Bryan Smith, Micah Smith and Cash Smith; her daughter-in-law Mindy Smith; her close friend Mabel Ratliffe; and her caregivers, Janet, Carol and Joy. She is also survived by several nieces, cousins, and friends.
