She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Williams of New Concord; her parents, James Campbell and Thelma Campbell of Zanesville, Ohio.; her children, Lori McQuain and Cliff Williams; and her brothers, Dave Campbell and Robert Campbell.
She is survived by: her brother James Campbell; her grandchildren, Jason Duty (Danielle), Joshua Duty and Amanda Rodriguez; her nephews, Doug Campbell (Tracey) and Greg Campbell (Dawn); and her son-in-law Jesse McQuain.
