He is survived by: his children, Thomas Starcher of New Concord, Richard Starcher (Jodi) of New Concord, Robert Starcher (Jennifer) of New Concord, Jamie O'Connell (Stephanie) of Cambridge, Patricia Starcher of Bellefontaine and Pamela Starcher of Wintersville, Ohio; and his siblings, Ralph Starcher (Yvonne) of New Concord, June McCort (John) of Adamsville and Janice Bishop of New Concord.
