He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank R. Waltz and Grace Waltz (Shuck); his wife Dorothy A. Waltz (Dickerson); and his siblings, Bill, Carl Waltz and Marie Keys.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Clark (Randy) of Lore City, John Waltz of Alabaster and Arnold Kenton Waltz of Newark; his grandchildren, Ryan Waltz, Drew Waltz, Conner Waltz and Josh Bishop; and his sister Patricia Edwards of New Concord. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
