He was predeceased by: his parent Russell Yontz; his wife Dorothy "Becky" Yontz; and his son Matt Yontz. He is survived by: his mother Ernestine F. Yontz (Curry) of Newark; his children, Ernest "Russ" Yontz (Leslie) and Kelli Haynes (Tim); his grandchildren, Ernest III, Zarek, Russell, Matt and Sarah; his sister Sally Yontz; his niece Audi; and his friend Jeff Johnson.
