Edward A. Payne Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, George B. Payne and Evalyn Payne (Kirk); his granddaughter Vinesca D. Payne; and his sister-in-law Shirley Payne. He is survived by: his wife Alice Payne (Hicks); his sons, Vincent "Vinny" (Julie) of New Concord and David (Lisa) of New Concord; his grandchildren, Kacey Baker (CJ), Genna Norton (Dakota), Leaha Fitch (Josh), Zachary "Zach" Payne and Michaela Piper (Jon); and his brother Richard M. Payne. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
