He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis E. Taylor and Jessie Taylor (Muse); his wife Wilda "Billie" Taylor (Czigans); and his siblings, Olin Taylor, Charles Taylor, Dorothea Jones (Taylor) and Mabel Jones (Taylor).
He is survived by: his daughter Patsy Tom (Chuck) of New Concord; his grandchildren, Terri Tom and Scott Tom; and his great grandchildren, Nikki, Zack Herron and Olivia Perkins (Travis). He is also survived by two great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Farus Funeral Home of New Concord (63 W Main St, New Concord, OH 43762). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
