It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Delores C. Webb of New Concord, Ohio, who passed away on January 30, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lafe Gassaway and Frances Gassaway (Meckley); her husband James Webb; and her son-in-law Jerry Short. She is survived by: her children, Deb Warren (Jim), Catherine Short, James Webb (Brenda) and Franklin Webb (Samantha); her grandchildren, Christopher Warren (Lisa), Molly White (Ritchie), Jeremiah Warren (Cy), Katie Warren, Shawna Guttowsky (Matthew), Brandi Brumit (Andrew), Melissa Shover (Jeremiah), Sherry Payton (Aaron), Alison Martinez (Josh), Charles Webb (Alex), Taylor Johnson (Kade) and Emily Webb; her siblings, Ella Caudill and Franklin Gassaway; and her sisters-in-law, Dee Mason, Shirley Snyder, Beck Gebhart, Norma Wilson and Marlene Wolsalinger. She is also survived by her thirty-two great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Stovertown Lutheran Church Cemetery (6575 Center Rd, Philo, OH 43771).
