He is survived by: his wife Jane Sawvel; his children, John Sawvel (Deborah) and Katherine Crawford (Timothy); his grandchildren, Zachary Sawvel and Nathanael Sawvel; his daughter-in-law Tara Sawvel; and his sister-in-law Patty Sawvel.
