He is survived by: his parents, William S. Morris and Jeannie Jarmusz; his sisters, Amber (Edward Butler) and Heather (Joel Kain); and his nieces and nephews, Leanna, Jesse Butler, Seth, Isabella, Owen and Jacob Kain.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home (507 Jefferson St, New Carlisle, OH 45344). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial donations may be made to your favorite Veterans support charity in Billy's honor.
