He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Roy (Betty) and Patricia Kingsley (LeVan); his adoptive father Ira Dean Kingsley; his son David Kingsley; and his brother Vernon Kingsley.

He is survived by: his niece Susan Wieser; and his close friend Lucky. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews and his pet cat.
