He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lipps and Valerie Lipps. He is survived by: his wife Joan Zakar Lipps; his son Patrick Lipps of Tipp City; his sisters, Tina and Treva; and his grandchildren, Amaya and Ava. He is also survived by numerous nieces' nephews and friends.
