He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth and Alton Duke Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Duke (Arnett); his stepchildren, Keith Woitte (Tina Howard) and Kellie Heironimus (Mike); his grandchildren, Alexandra, Annalecia, Kassandra Heironimus and Jeremy Woitte; his great grandchildren, Isabelle and Jackson Errett; his brothers, Jerry Duke (Kathy) and Rodney Duke (Leslie); and his close friend Gene Shockey.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Terry's honor to the American Diabetes Association.
