It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Kelsey (New Carlisle, Ohio), born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on December 16, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Wilson and June Wilson; and her brother Richard Wilson, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Kelsey; her children, Leslie McConhea and Brian Kelsey (Sarah); and her brother Steve Wilson (Barbara). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
