He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Davidson and Eleanor Davidson; and his former wife Cindy Davidson. He is survived by: his wife Carrie; his daughters, Amity Putterbaugh (Luke) and Lee Bragg (Sean); his siblings, Ed Davidson (Dana) and Carol Dubravetz (John); and his grandchildren, Braxton, Ella, Alba, Harlyn, Austin, Sterling and Jude. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
