He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Elaine Suther (Scott); his friends, Jim Dinwoody, Kevin Williams, Steve Yost, Matt King and Sam Horner; and his siblings, Dave, Ken, Kevin (Christy), Debra Horner (Sam), Marcia Deel (Don), Mary Barnes (Kevin) and Nancy Suther (Amber Allen). He is also survived by MANY nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
