Bellar (New Carlisle, Ohio), born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on April 20, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mace Dooley and Dorothy Dooley (Gerlaugh); and his brothers, Darrell, Gregg and Mace.
He is survived by: his significant other Della Coffman; his children, Scott L. Bellar and Juanita Allison; and his siblings, Mike Bellar, Yvonne Sansom (Lou) and Tammy Kendrick (John). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren.
