He was predeceased by: his parents, Benna Hoover and Wealtha Hoover; his wife Doris Mae Hoover; and his siblings, Richard Hoover and Barbara West.
He is survived by: his children, Judith A. Haught and Ronald R. Hoover, Jr. (Charlotte); his grandchildren, Ryan Haught (Miranda), Derek Hoover (Molly), Stacy Hampshire (Bill), Heather Stringfield (Marcus) and Stefanie Vogel (Anthony); and his great grandchildren, Mason, Kylee, Morgan, Lilly, Alex, Memphis, Jacob, Sofie, Bailee, Andrew, Allison, Connor and Callie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
