He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Baker and Agnes Baker; and his sister Pam Parks. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany; and his siblings, Steve Baker (Nancy), Kevin Baker (Diane), Chris Baker, Tony Baker and Melinda Baker.
