We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2024, at the age of 80, Rita B. Horn of New Carlisle, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Marsden and Mary Belle Marsden; her husband Vernon P. Horn; her grandson Dustin L. Horn; and her siblings, Mary Geitz, Charles Marsden, Gerald Marsden, Larry Marsden and Thomas Marsden.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Woodrum (Greg), Keith Horn (Sherry), Lisa Whalen (Larry), Darryl Horn (Tracey) and Randy Horn (Honey); her grandchildren, Dallas, Christopher, Ashley, Brandon, Christina, Brenton (Betsy), Crystal (Aaron), Brandi (Patrick), Bradlee, Chelsee, Charlotte, Bethany (Zach) and Amberli; and her sisters, Linda Devoe and Bonnie Ewing. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
