He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rinker and Louisa Rinker (Schulte); and his brother James Rinker (Reba). He is survived by: his wife Carol Rinker (Compton); his daughters, Sharon Pendleton (David) and Marilyn Fries (Scott); his brother Bob Rinker (Robbie); his grandchildren, Valerie Quinones (Nick), Natalie Drow (Eddie), Lindsay Fries (Eddy Hinojosa), Brice Fries and Trent Fries; and his great grandchildren, Vivian, Lucas, Eleanor and Abigail. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
