He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Mowery and Virginia Mowery; his siblings, Donald Mowery, Sue Mowery and Janet Crager; his grandson Colton Mowery; and his friend Ann Grieser.
He is survived by: his daughter Krista Lingrell (Matt); his grandchildren, Marcus, Seth and Sara; his son Kurt Mowery (Taylor); his grandchildren, Brooke, Kaelyn and Elise; and his great grandchild Coraline. He is also survived by many nieces and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton, where he received exceptional care in the final days of his life.
