He was predeceased by: his father Fred Chapman; his wife Melissa Chapman; and his siblings, Freddie Chapman and Connie Armstrong. He is survived by: his daughter Sydney Chapman; his mother Bess Chapman; and his brother Andy Chapman (Dwana). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
