He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Franks and Arlene Franks (Simonton); his siblings, Ellen Phillips and John Franks; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Harrell.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Stephanie Partlow (Allen), Crystal Green (Mike) and Shawn Franks (Misty); his grandchildren, Zachary, Tiffany, Abigail, Caitlin, James, Joseph (Mya), Nicholas, Tyler, Ryan and Alexis; his great grandchildren, TJ and Jaylynn; and his siblings, Clifford Franks (Fran), Arlene Harrell and Richard Franks (Kathy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home (507 Jefferson St, New Carlisle, OH 45344). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at the New Carlisle Cemetery (11545 Musselman Rd, New Carlisle, OH 45344).
