He was predeceased by: his mother Jane Scarff; and his brother William Scarff, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Scarff; his children, Nelson Scarff, Jr. (Megan), Henry Scarff and Anna Dutton (Thomas); his father William Scarff, Sr.; his sister Carrie Scarff (Aimee Noel); and his nephews, Ryan Scarff and Connor Scarff.
