She was predeceased by: her parent Herbert Pack. She is survived by: her parent Carol Pack (Weaver); her sisters, Terri Hansel (Fred), Connie Zulauf (John) and Amanda Pack (Joel); and her nieces, Staci Kerner (Todd) and Jessie Locke (Chris). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
