Patty Jean Collins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patty Jean Collins of New Carlisle, Ohio, born in Larkslane, Kentucky, who passed away on April 24, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sheldon Combs and Ora Combs; her husband Troy Collins; and her siblings, Mark Combs, Bryan Combs, Donna Terry and Annette Campbell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Warman, Paula Wallace and Tina King; her grandchildren, Nathan (Beth), Kyle (Sarah), Nick (Julia), Taylor, Mitchell, Christopher and Kayelyn (Shayde); her great grandchildren, Ethyn, Rylee, Myla, Lillian, Emberlynn, Tynslee, Riley, Grace and Charlie; her sisters, Geraldine Campbell and Lillie Martin; and her brother-in-law Randy Campbell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
