He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert "Mick" Flinn and Mary Flinn; and his sister Patsy Pace. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lee Flinn (Miller); his daughters, Natalie Wills (Scott), Emily Eike (Steve), Megan Runkle (Caleb) and Tracey Ortel (Andrew); his grandchildren, Shannon, Jacob Wills, Lucas, Norah Runkle and Lena Ortel; his sister Diana Cobaugh (Don); and his pet Belle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
