He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul McKelvy and Minnie McKelvy; his children, Michael D. McKelvy (Joyce), Christina M. Richmond (Nathan) and Sean E. McKelvy (Jennifer); and his siblings, John McKelvy, Robert McKelvy (Sandy), Carol Sands (Don), Cathy Lewis (Glenn), Peggy Grant (Jerry), Phyllis Lanier (Terry) and Mary McDowell (Joe). He was also cherished by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
