She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hoening and Rosa Hoening; her husband Charles B. McCarthy; her siblings, Paul Hoening, Jr., Eugene Hoening (Pee Wee), Ruby Monnier (Hoening) and Carl Hoening; and her in-laws, Dorthea McCarthy, Angela Mae Schubert, John (Fred) and Patrica McCarthy.
She is survived by: her family, Cynthia Elaine McCarthy, Charlene Marie Henderson, Bryan Patrick, Katherine McCarthy (Gueth), Michael (Emily Kondracki) and Shannon; her grandchildren, James Robert, Elizabeth McCarthy (Harris), Nate, Noah, Donna (Wagner), Christopher Lee, Jessica Denny (Adams), Lilly, Lucas and Lucy; her sister Joan Helton (Bill Denlinger); her siblings-in-law, Margaret Hoening (Marfay), Mary Lou Hoening and George Monnier; and her godchildren, Jennifer, Fahnestock, Herb Hoening, Georgia Monnier and Linda Boerger (Hoening). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
