He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kotcamp and Gracie Kotcamp; and his brother Mack Kotcamp. He is survived by: his daughters, Collette Mata, Crista Hannah, Brittany Neil, Eric Mata (Brittany), Erin Andrade (Cory), Jessica Etter and Ashley Mata (Justin Glaze); his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Gracelynn, Blaije, Cory Jr., Phillip Jr. and Ava; and his niece Dawn Alltop.
