She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Captain, Lorie Amburgey, Angie Amburgey, Lance Amburgey and Larry "Jason" Amburgey; her siblings, Johnny Crase, Phil Crase, Cindy Crase and Jessica Crase-Kiblinger (Ryan); her grandsons, Nick Williams (Taylor), Donovan Captain, Clayton Captain (Courtney) of Brent Captain, D. J. and Cody Coleman (Lexi); her great grandchildren, Kaydence, Jaylynn, Braylon and Hayden; and her son-in-law David Coleman. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
