He was predeceased by: his parents, Harve Howard and Bessie Mae Howard (Bowling); his wife Glenna Marlene Howard (Fraley); and his siblings, Wanda Lou Howard and Harvey Delmaine Howard.
He is survived by: his sons, Terry Lee Howard and James Allen Howard; his siblings, Garnetta Sue Thompson, Debra Sue Adkins, James Darrell Howard, Donal David Howard and Glenis Megal Howard; his grandchildren, Christopher Howard, Brandy Secrist and Christopher Chad Howard; and his great grandchild Billy Beller.
