It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Sue Smith of New Carlisle, Ohio, who passed away on October 11, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Smith and Ginny Smith Brown; and her sister Beth Smith. She is survived by: her caregiver Debbie Krouskop (Greg); and her siblings, Cindy Gracy (Jerry) and Doug Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
