He is survived by: his wife Linda "Patty" Layne; his children, Julie Shively (Russ) of Amboy Indiana, Toni Lynn Layne of Naples, Jenelle Pry (Scott) of Gahanna, Ohio and Kevin Adkins of Fuquay-Varina; his grandchildren, Tila Layne, Cody Layne (Kristin), Steven Shively, Austin Shively (Kaylee), Victoria Courtney, Sarah Cartwright (Robbie), Shelby Adkins, Emma Adkins, Chase Pry and Blake Broderick; and his great grandchildren, Savaya Shively, Carter Shively, Gracie Ingel, Briley Ingel, Seth Cartwright, Amiya Courtney and Trey Mauldon.
