She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Hall and Betty Watson; her husband Bo Foster; and her stepfather Paul Watson. She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa O'Neill (William) and Michelle Weneck (Timothy); her siblings, William Watson, Dorothy Watson and Victoria Scott (Christopher); and her grandchildren, Amanda Sweigard (Aaron), Nicole Hartsock, Andrew Freed (Gracie), Alexander Freed (Erica), Matthew Freed and Sarah O'Neill. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
