She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Ball and Dorotha Ball (Rouse); and her sister Delores Jones (Robert) of West Lafayette, Ohio.. She is survived by: her husband Billie W. Lowe (Bill); and her children, Brenda Miller (Glenn) of Urbana, David Lowe (Carol) and Gayle Williams (Reginald) of St. Petersburg, FL. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
