He was predeceased by: his parent Roy Allender; and his wife Frances Fae Allender. He is survived by: his parent Alma Allender (Arnett); his sons, John Michael, Carla Allender (Roller), Jeffrey F. and Janine Allender (Daub); his grandsons, Jonathan William, Jennifer Allender (Mauer), Justin D. and Rachel Allender (Howe); and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Joel, Asher and Jaxson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and lifelong friends.
