We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2019, at the age of 89, John Vernon Sipe (New Carlisle, Ohio), born in York, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John H. Sipe and Sadie Livingston Sipe; and his wife Jean Hogue Sipe. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
