With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John J. Martin (New Carlisle, Ohio), born in Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away on November 15, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Martin and Lena Martin (Myers); his wife Priscilla Martin; and his sisters, Bonnie Schaffer, Thelma Uptegraft and Shirley Hay.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa McFarland (Ron) and Melinda DeWitt (Doug); his grandchildren, Sarah, Noah, Christian DeWitt, Kayla and Hunter McFarland; his siblings, Goldie St John, Phyllis Rarey, Tom Martin (Marilyn) and Mike Martin; and his close friend Tammy Beverly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
