He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Franks and Arlene Franks (Simonton); and his daughters, Faith Marie Franks and Misti Ann Franks. He is survived by: his wife Lori Ann Franks; his children, TaShanon Franks and John Benjamin Franks; his grandchildren, Cameron, Hannah, Autumn, Madison, Samantha and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Clifford Franks (Frances), Raymond Franks (Linda), Richard Franks (Kathy), Arlene Harrell (Kenneth) and Ellen Phillips. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the New Carlisle Baseball Softball Association or mentor a child.
