He is survived by: his mother Mary Moore of New Carlisle; his significant other Teresa Severt (Rouch) of Springfield; his children, Stephanie Rouch of Bellefontaine, Tiffanie Perkins (Andrew), Heather Craven (Adrian), Christopher Rouch (Abby) of Port Richey, FL. and Nathaniel Rouch of Dayton; his stepson Russell "Lynn" Moore, Jr. (Gayle) of Crossville, TN; and his sisters, Dawn Masters (Jack) of Tipp City and Melissa Buroker (Scott) of Urbana. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
