She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dill and Bertha Dill (Kegley); her former husband Ralph Slouffman; and her husband Don Puckett. She is survived by: her children, Richard Slouffman (Susan) of Cincinnati, Jay Slouffman (Ashley Walkup) of Cincinnati and Beverly Tate; and her grandchildren, Misty Anders, Jessica Eggleston (Bruce), Joe Meeker (Katy), Lauren, Alicia, Blake and Tristan Slouffman. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
