He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Yeager and Forrest Rose Yeager. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his siblings, Dean and Janice; his children, Jack Jr., Patrick and Joy; and the mother of his children Patty Yeager. He is also survived by nieces and granddaughters.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace United Methodist Church (1401 W Main St, Springfield, OH 45504). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
