He was predeceased by: his father Richard Raster; his wife Malia Raster; and his sister Connie Raster. He is survived by: his daughter Stacia Musgrove; his grandchildren, Paeten, Gage and Gavin Musgrove; his former spouse Billie Ballard; his brother Larry Raster (Lori); his stepchildren, Rochelle McCoy (Duwayne), Errit "Rob" Wilson (Cheryl) and Amber Wilson; and his son-in-law Garth Musgrove. He is also survived by nephews and many other relatives and friends.
