She was predeceased by: her father Neal R. Bartlett; and her stepparents, Rosalee Bartlett and Paul Nickell. She is survived by: her mother Lynne Nickell; her children, Sonja Huntsinger and Levi Zinkhon (Kayla); her grandchildren, Casey, Andrea Huntsinger, Preston Seals, Nolan and Liam Zinkhon; her siblings, Randall Bartlett (Laura), Nancy Zorn (Doug) and Amy Bartlett; her stepsisters, Lori Ammon (Tony) and Julie Zimmerman; and her mother-in-law Doris Pennington. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
